This recipe is perfect for using up leftovers and makes for a perfect lunch or dinner. Inspired by a viral social media trend, this dish is sure to become a family favorite!

Step 1
In medium bowl, stir together salmon, rice, mayonnaise, soy sauce and sriracha. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheetos® Crunchy Flamin’ Hot® Cheese.

Step 2
Divide mixture evenly among 4 serving bowls. Top with avocado, scallions and remaining Cheetos® Crunchy Flamin’ Hot® Cheese. Serve with seaweed sheets for wrapping salmon mixture.

Add any of your other favorite toppings, such as sliced cucumber, drained kimchi or cooked edamame if desired.
