CHEETOS® FLAMIN' HOT® Elote on the Cob

Corn Cob roasted over open grill coated with butter, parmesan cheese and Crushed CHEETOS® FLAMIN’ HOT® Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks.

CHEESY MAYO

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat and oil grill.

Step 2
Brush corn on the cob with LBA MIX. Grill until corn starts softening.

Step 3
Remove from grill, and brush CHEESY MAYO over the entire cob.

Step 4
Place pulverized CHEETOS FLAMIN' HOT on a half hotel pan and bread the corn by rolling the cob in theCHEETOS FLAMIN' HOT. Serve warm, immediately.

LIQUID BUTTER ALTERNATIVE (LBA) MIX

Step 1
In a small mixing bowl whisk salt and liquid butter alternative together until salt dissolves. Reserve.

Step 2
Shelf Life: 3 Days.

CHEESY MAYO

Step 1
In a small bow, mix together mayo and cheese very well. Reserve and refrigerate until needed.
